Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Replacements (including shipping cost) for damaged, defective, or non-delivered products will be covered.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed or are non-deliverable are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Please contact us before returning a product. Returns are not accepted because you no longer wish to keep the product. Our products are manufactured to order to allow us to offer as many customizations as possible, and as such once an item has been printed it cannot be returned except for cases of defective product.
